Byenvini nan fami’nou! (Welcome to our family!)
[Our eighty person, eight nation, mainly out of control family]
We are excited to share our adventures of this Discipleship Training School with our international family. We invite you to join us as we explore God’s heart for hope, compassion, and justice both here in Haiti and across the nations.
We believe that in this season, God is tugging at the “roots” of all of our lives, those things that have made us into the people we are today. Through this process, we know that God is going to be bringing healing into the places we’ve tried to keep him out of for so long. In the next five months, we as a community are committed to walking with each other in this restoration and renewal, no matter how messy it might get.
[And that's why we got all creative and decided to call this blog
"Roots of Restoration" and stick a tree on the header.]
Feel free to spend some time reading through our posts, checking out our staff and student blogs and seeing what God is up to here in Haiti!
Welcome to the Adventure!
